At Furmoire, we create every custom pet portrait with care and attention to detail. Because each portrait is made to order, please allow time for artwork creation, production, and shipping.
Processing Time
All custom portrait orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, shipping typically takes:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75.
Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Furmoire is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
