Adding Their Name or Dates

Most people want a name, and often the years, somewhere on the piece. Leave a note at checkout with exactly what you'd like it to say and how it should be spelled, and we'll include it on your proof. There's no extra charge.

Choosing a Size

• 8" × 10" — a bedside table, a bookshelf, a desk at work.
• 16" × 20" — most chosen. Holds its own on a wall in a living space.
• 24" × 36" — a proper centerpiece.

What Arrives

• Heavyweight matte paper, printed with fade-resistant inks
• Standard frame sizes — no custom framing needed
• Shipped rolled in a rigid tube, with no branding on the outside of the box

If you'd rather not deal with framing at all, our framed memorial portrait arrives finished and ready to hang.

How Long It Takes

• 1–2 business days: we email you a digital proof.
• After you approve: we print, pack, and ship.
• Most US orders arrive within 10–14 business days of ordering.

If this is for a specific date — a burial, a scattering, an anniversary — email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

If the Photo Isn't Perfect

Old photos, blurry phone pictures, a shot taken through a window — send it anyway. We work with what people have, because it's often the only one they have. If we genuinely can't use it, we'll tell you before you're charged rather than printing something that doesn't look like them.

Our Promise

Nothing gets printed until you've seen the proof and told us it's right. If the finished print still isn't right, we'll redo it or refund you.
